This is an engineering notebook on Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems — the European C-ITS programme, ETSI message sets, IEEE 1609.2 security, ECTL/PKI, the GNSS layer that makes positioning trustworthy, the CAN bus seen from a connected vehicle, the software-defined vehicle once a V2X stack is wired in, and sensor fusion that includes external perception.

Everything is written through the V2X lens. Posts are long and contain code or interactive widgets where useful.
